QwickBuild for tiles product feature

Our QwickBuild™ aluminum structural framing giving this existing balcony a new lease on life! Building over waterproofing membranes in any aspect can prove to be extremely difficult, the days are gone where we could just screed anything over anything and get away with it for a couple of years before the process starts again.

Our QwickBuild™ aluminum framing system not only allows you to spruce up your balcony or existing exterior living space but allows you to build a structure over any existing sub straight with ease but most importantly giving it the durability needed for this type of application. This particular project was directly over the membrane and luckily had the height to legally get away with the balcony height restrictions (1.2m from finished floor level). This allowed us to build the QwickBuild™ framing and the tiled area above the existing pavers without having to remove anything and keep the waterproofing membrane intact.
