Challenges
The Park Hyatt sits waterfront in Auckland's downtown. The architects needed to create a suspended internal floor in order to run plumbing and electrical underneath. Additionally, there are ground level terraces, pool terrace, and ramps.
Solution
Designing an internal subframe for the main foyer with QwickBuild was a fast and efficient solution, creating a rock solid foundation for tiles and carpet furnishings.
